Mass Training Day
 If you or someone you know is interested in having a go at fencing, then now is your chance!
Saturday 13th February is ‘Mass Training Day’, a unique event and the first of its kind held by Northern Ireland Fencing.
Mass Training Day is free of charge and will be held in the sports centre of the University of Ulster, Jordanstown between 10am and 4pm.
Coaches will be on hand to provide training for absolute beginners, and this event sees the second appearance this month of ‘Mini-Fence’, a coaching kit designed specially for children of all ages. Mini-Fence was an all-round success at the Northern Ireland Open held earlier this month at the Avoneil Leisure Centre.
Come and have a go - just turn up at the UU sports centre between 10am and 4pm. Tracksuit bottoms, trainers and a t shirt are all that’s needed.
