    Fencing Ireland have a range of workshops coming up in the new year for female fencers in Ireland and Northern Ireland!

    Women in Fencing Workshops (January/February) – This is a first for Fencing Ireland and is promised to be a fantastic opportunity for female fencers.

    1. Nutrition- 16th Jan, Online, 7-8:30pm

    2. Strength and Conditioning- 3rd Feb, Sport Ireland Campus, 10am-1:30pm

    3. Breathing power for Female Fencers- 3rd Feb, Sport Ireland Campus, 2-4pm

    4. Sport Psychology- 6th Feb, Online, 7-9pm

    Session 3 – YOUTH Sport Psychology  

    There are still places left on the youth sport psychology course. Highly recommended for those fencers that compete at a national and international competitions.

    Time: 10.30 am – 12.30 ( please arrive at 10.20am) – Parents Consent needed
