SUMMARY:Belfast Open 2022
DESCRIPTION:The Belfast Open 2022 will be held at Ulster University\, Magee in Derry/Londonderry on 12th/13th March 2022. \nClosing date is 9th March 2022. \nNO LATE ENTRIES OR ON THE DAY ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED \nENTER HERE\nCOVID RULES\nCompetitors must either present valid proof of vaccination (at least 14 days after second dose) or a recent negative test. If either of these are impractical competitors and spectators can complete a lateral flow test on the day. If you would like to test on the day\, please email david.connolly@nifencing.com in advance. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your check-in deadline and you will be given lateral flow test kits. The test should be carried out in your car until you have a clear result (test takes 5 minutes plus 30 minutes for the result). If either the competitor or the spectator/guardian tests positive then the competitor will not be allowed to compete. \n\nPlease try to limit the number of spectators to one per competitor.\nMasks must be worn at all times\, except when participating in a bout. \nSocial distancing should be maintained where possible.\nShaking hands after a bout has been suspended within British Fencing rules\, it is no longer required or advised.\nCompetitors are limited to 40 hits against each other over the course of a competition.\nTrack and trace will be in operation\, contact details will be collected for non competitors.\n\nPLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS \n\nHIGH TEMPERATURE\nNEW OR CONTINUOUS COUGH\nLOSS OF SMELL OR TASTE\n\nWe advise people attending the event to avoid any high risk activities before coming to the event\, to help minimise risk to your fellow competitors. \n\n\n\nSaturday 12th March\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent\nCheck-in Closes\n\n\nMen’s Epee\n09:45\n\n\nMen’s Sabre\n09:45\n\n\nWomen’s Epee\n11:45\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSunday 13th March\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent\nCheck-in Closes\n\n\nMen’s Foil\n09:45\n\n\nWomen’s Foil\n09:45\n\n\nWomen’s Sabre\n11:45
