DESCRIPTION:When? \n\n\n\nSaturday 13th September: 10:30 to 4pm – coaches only from 10:30 -11:30 then joined by Athletes from 11:30 -4pm \n\n\n\nWhere? \n\n\n\nShankill Leisure Centre\, 100 Shankill Road\, Belfast BT13 2BD (free parking) \n\n\n\nWhat is it? \n\n\n\nA coaches training led by Mike Westgate focussing on skills development for coaches and their practical application. Suitable for all weapons and all levels. Also\, an opportunity for coaches to train athletes. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost? \n\n\n\nNothing! The course is provided free by NI Fencing. \n\n\n\nWhat should I bring? \n\n\n\nPlease bring lunch\, snacks and enough fluid to last you for the day and some way of recording information from the day (pen/paper\, tablet etc.). \n\n\n\nHow do I enrol? \n\n\n\nIf you are a coach\, you can bring a designated fencer. If you can’t find one\, you can still come along! If you are a fencer\, you don’t need a designated coach\, do come along as we’ll pair you up. To confirm your attendance\, please email mikewestgate40@gmail.com. \n\n\n\nIf there are any specific coaching topics that you wish to include on the day\, please propose them to Mike in advance for consideration.
