What is it?  A coaches & athletes workshop led by Mike Westgate focussing on skills development for coaches and their practical application. Suitable for all weapons and all levels.

How much does it cost?  Nothing! The course is provided free by NI Fencing.

What should I bring?  Please bring lunch, snacks and enough fluid to last you for the day and some way of recording information from the day (pen/paper, tablet etc.).

How do I enrol?  If you are a coach, please bring a designated fencer. If you can’t find one, you can still come along! If you are a fencer but don’t have a designated coach then you can still come along too. We’ll pair you up. To confirm your attendance, please email [email protected].

If there are any specific coaching topics that you wish to include on the day please propose them to Mike in advance for consideration.
