  • NI Fencing Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the Team Staff Roles at this years School Games.

    The available roles are;

    1. Assist team manager.

    2. Escorting the team on flights, and to and from the competition.

    3. Coaching and supervising teams during the competition.

    4. Evening supervision.

    Requirements: must be member of NI Fencing, possess valid Access NI and Safeguarding Children in Sport (valid for the duration of the Games).

  • NI Fencing Ltd have appointed Mr Andrew Murphy as the 2014 Sainsbury’s School Games Team Manager.  He can be contacted via email on [email protected]

  • NI Fencing will be running a Designated Safeguarding Officer and Team Manager course on the 17th and 18th May respectively.  The Designated Safeguarding Office Course will cost £15 to attend and the Team Manager Training course will be free to attend.  For further information or to sign up for these courses go to the Events Calendar.

  • The Belfast Open was held last weekend 12-13 April in St Columbanus College in Bangor, hosted by Belfast Fencing Club. Results are now up on the Results Page.

  • Results for round 5 of the 2013/14 NIJFS and final rankings for the series are now up on the Results and Rankings pages. The final 13/14 NIJFS round was held last Saturday in St Columbanus College in Bangor in conjunction with the Belfast Open, hosted by Belfast Fencing Club.

  • N I Fencing Ltd. would like an expression of interest from any candidate (+18) wishing to be considered for the role of the Northern Ireland Team Manager at the Sainsbury’s School Games 2014.

  • Entries are now closed for the BYC qualifiers which will take place at Hunterhouse College on Sunday 23rd Feb 2014.

    Only the Under 14 Foil male and female entries will have to compete for qualification.

    Under 14 Male Check in closes at 9.15am for 9.30am start
    Under 14 Female Check in closes at 10.15am for 10.30am start

    All other entries will automatically qualify to represent Northern Ireland at the event. We will be in contact with you all to arrange further payment for the competition in Sheffield.
